Watermelon Pear Martini Recipe

 
A clean, refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients
• 2 shots Pear Vodka
• 1 shot pear nectar
• 4 cubes of fresh watermelon, chilled
• Splash of simple sugar

How to Mix It
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add watermelon cubes, vodka, pear nectar and sugar.

3. Tightly close shaker and shake vigorously enough to muddle watermelon cubes.

4. Strain into chilled martini glass.

5. Serve garnished with slice of watermelon and, optionally, a sprig of mint.
