Spiced Pear Martini Recipe

 
Garnish this Spiced Pear Martini with - what else? - a pear slice.

Ingredients
• 2 large mint sprigs
• 1 ounce pear nectar
• 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
• 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
• 3/4 ounce simple syrup
• 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

How to Mix It
1. Add mint to bottom of cocktail shaker and muddle.

2. Fill shaker with ice.

3. Add pear nectar, rum, lime juice, simple syrup and nutmeg.

4. Vigorously shake.

5. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with pear slice.
