Sparkling Pear and Cranberry Cocktail Recipe

This recipe makes 8 servings.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons dry cranberries
1/2 cup pear nectar
32 ounces Moscato d'Asti wine
8 small sprigs fresh rosemary
How to Mix It
1. Place cranberries in small ball with 2 tablespoons warm water.
2. Soak cranberries until water has cooled, approximately 15 minutes.
3. Drain cranberries and pat dry; refrigerate until serving.
4. Get out eight champagne glasses (flutes are best) and place equal amounts of pear nectar into each.
5. Add cranberries, divided evenly.
6. Gently pour into each glass the Moscato d'Asti into the glasses.
7. Drop a rosemary sprig into each glass and serve.
