This recipe for Pear Mimosas originally appeared in the December 2001 issue of Real Simple. It makes 8 servings.
Ingredients
2 bottles champagne, chilled
4 cups pear nectar
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
How to Mix It
Prepare each serving individually, using flute or wineglass.
1. Pour 3/4 cup champange into each glass.
2. Add to each glass with 1/2 cup pear nectar.
3. Squeeze one lime wedge into each glass, and drop lime wedges into glasses.
Note: For a non-alcoholic version, substitute ginger ale for the champagne.
