Ingredients
2 shots pear nectar
1 shot pear brandy
Crushed ice
Extra-dry champagne, chilled
Pear slices (to use as garnish)
How to Mix It
1. Stir pear nectar and pear brandy together in a chilled glass.
2. Fill two rocks glasses with crushed ice.
3. Divide the pear mixture evenly between the two rocks glasses.
4. Top each with chilled champagne
5. Garnish with sliced pears.
